The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access nearby malls, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing good service throughout my stay.
The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. The carpets in the rooms were dirty and the overall condition of the rooms was run down.

Room was good sized, bigger then in most Manado hotels. We do recommend the hotel to family and friends as its location was good. The venue was located in the center of the city.

The hotel is located in a quite area, providing a peaceful environment. It is also conveniently situated near the center of the city, allowing easy access to various attractions. the rooms are spacious and offer a nice view, with options for both sea view and pool view. the breakfast offers a delicious variety of food, including the popular Manado porridge. there is a supermarket and KFC restaurant connected to the hotel, providing convenience.
Some guests have mentioned that the check-in process can be lengthy, which can be inconvenient for those wanting to quickly settle into their rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in an older business area was perfect for us, as it was close to supermarkets, halal food options, and food courts. The staff at this place were some of the best we have experienced anywhere in the world. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The hotel also offered a range of services such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, which enhanced our comfort and convenience.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel has a great view of the city and is located in a quiet area. It also offers cheaper prices compared to other hotels in the vicinity. The rooms are significantly bigger than those in newer hotels, and the beds are comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a wine and cigar lounge.

Room service was available and staff were friendly. the location was convenient and had access to a nearby shopping center. the bed was comfortable to sleep in and had fresh linens.
The hotel could use a facelift as the interior design was worn and outdated. the breakfast selection was minimal and lacked variety.
